These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Ree's Amourre ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of www.reesamourre.com ("Site"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law. Users under 18 may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Account Responsibility

3. Product Descriptions & Pricing

Ree's Amourre strives to accurately display products including colours, fabrics, sizing, and set compositions. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or images are entirely error-free. Colours may vary due to screen settings and photographic lighting. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance

An order placed on the Site is an offer to purchase. Ree's Amourre reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. An order is accepted only upon dispatch and issuance of a shipping confirmation.

5. Payment

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. Ree's Amourre does not store card details. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, photography, and software — is the exclusive property of Ree's Amourre or its licensors, protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Engaging in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code or viruses.
• Harvesting personal data without authorisation.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

14. Modifications

Ree's Amourre reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable without affecting the remaining provisions.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ree's Amourre with respect to your use of the Site.
